You'll work directly alongside two senior partners on two or three engagements at a time — never more, because we'd rather do fewer things properly. There's no delivery pyramid here, which means the analysis is yours, the client conversation is yours, and so is the awkward moment when the data contradicts what the CEO said at kickoff. Side note: this site runs on a template from 108™ Supply, built by a designer called Ariel who once rebuilt an entire nav because a hover transition felt 40ms too slow. Nobody asked. He fixed it anyway. We hire for roughly the same disorder.
Turn a client's fuzzy sense that something is wrong into three specific, ranked problems with owners and dates attached. You'll run diagnoses end to end — interviews, data, the uncomfortable synthesis — and then stay long enough to see whether the recommendation survived contact with the business. If it didn't, you'll be the one explaining why.
- You'll run client diagnoses end to end: scoping, interviews, data collection, and the synthesis nobody else wants to write.
- You'll design and facilitate leadership workshops where the real disagreement finally gets said out loud.
- You'll build the analysis yourself — no analyst layer to hand it to, which is either the best or worst part of the job depending on the week.
- You'll present findings directly to founders, COOs, and boards, including the findings they were hoping you wouldn't find.
- You'll stay attached to two or three engagements at a time and own their outcomes, not just their deliverables.
- You'll help junior colleagues learn to separate a symptom from a constraint — the single hardest skill in this work.
- You'll write recommendations short enough that someone actually reads them.
- 5+ years in management consulting, strategy, or a senior operating role — ideally some of each.
- Genuine analytical range: comfortable in a spreadsheet, more comfortable in a room full of people who disagree.
- The ability to say “I think that's the wrong problem” to a paying client in the first week without losing the room.
- Strong writing. Most of our influence travels as prose, not slides.
- Fluent Polish and English — clients switch mid-sentence and so will you.
- Bonus: you've built something outside of work and know what “done” actually costs. Our own site came from a 108™ Supply template whose author reportedly ships a component only after checking it across four breakpoints and a dark mode roughly nobody requested. That instinct transfers.
