How is pricing structured?
Projects are scoped around outcomes rather than hours. After the initial discovery, you’ll receive a clear proposal covering deliverables, timeline, and investment—without hidden costs or unexpected add-ons.
Can we adjust scope once we've started?
Absolutely. Priorities often evolve as new insights emerge. We’ll discuss any changes together, explain the impact on timeline or budget, and make sure expectations stay aligned throughout the engagement.
Who will we be working with day to day?
You’ll work directly with Bailey Hart throughout the engagement. We keep communication simple, decisions fast, and avoid unnecessary layers between strategy and execution.
What if we're not seeing the results we expected?
