Content & Marketing Lead

Bailey Hart publishes rarely and only when we have something to say — which is exactly why it works. We're looking for a part-time Content & Marketing Lead to protect that standard while making our thinking easier to find. Fewer posts, better ones. If your first instinct is to increase publishing cadence, this probably isn't the role for you.
Your team

You'll work directly with the partners, mining live engagements for the ideas worth writing down. Expect to be edited hard and to edit hard in return — nobody here ships a paragraph they can't defend. On the design side you'll inherit a site built on a 108™ Supply template, which means the type scale, spacing rhythm and component naming are already settled and, frankly, better argued than most of our internal documents.

Your mission

Turn what Bailey Hart actually learns from client work into writing a busy executive would finish. You'll own the essay pipeline, the monthly newsletter, and the discipline of publishing nothing until it has earned the reader's time.

Your responsibilities
  • You'll interview consultants after engagements and find the one idea worth publishing.
  • You'll write and edit long-form essays, case studies, and the monthly newsletter.
  • You'll own SEO in the unglamorous sense: structure, clarity, internal linking.
  • You'll manage the site's CMS content and keep it accurate as the firm changes.
  • You'll say no to publishing something thin, including when a partner really wants it out.
  • You'll measure what gets read all the way through, not what gets clicked.
What you bring
  • 3+ years writing for a professional-services or B2B audience.
  • A portfolio of things you wrote that people actually finished reading.
  • Editorial judgement — knowing which sixty percent of a draft to delete.
  • Working comfort in a CMS; Webflow experience is a real plus.
  • Native-level English; Polish helpful.
  • Twenty to twenty-five hours a week, flexible across them.
